Legal

We translate all types of legal documents – if necessary also certified and with an apostille.

Our translations are created by native speakers, all of whom have a translator's degree or comparable diploma, and are well-acquainted with legal terminology. This vouches for maximum precision in linguistic terms, and in regard to content.

We do not use automated translation tools (CAT programmes) because we believe that a machine can not produce the accuracy required for translating this type of specialist texts – at least not for the next ten to twenty years.

Lawyers and Notaries

We translate all your constitutive documents which you require for the incorporation of your company, and also accommodate your language needs for your M&A process – from the start-up idea to the closing – even and especially for larger projects that call for translator teams with specialist knowledge.

Even in the event of litigation we gladly support you during all the stages of the proceedings – or even assist your client in avoiding them, for example by translating compliance guidelines to or from German.

The same applies to labour and family law: Whether termination agreement or divorce decree – we provide translations expeditiously and reliably to and from German.

Naturally we are also happy to translate real estate sales contracts drafted by a notary public prior to recording.

Court Matters

We supply translations of documents required for court proceedings with speed and precision – from preliminary injunctions and court orders to transcripts of witness statements.

Also, we have substantial experience in rendering demanding specialist texts on economic law issues – whether related to tax matters, investment fraud or money laundering - even when the deadlines are pressing.

Legal Departments

The experts at Schleicher Sprachservice support the linguistic side of your international operations. Reliability and competence define this service – be it an employment contract under German law or the opening of a branch in Austria. Frequently also in co-operation with your legal consultants in Germany. It goes without saying that we can incorporate your company's in-house terminology into our translations.
